You will be in charge of the projects from the definition phase, execution, test, and deployment of the solution.What You'll DoSupport our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clientsAdvise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with Single Sign On integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc) whenever neededInterface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deploymentSupport clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrationsTrain other teams & coordinate information within the organizationWhat You'll NeedProven project management experience, 1-2 years of experienceProblem-solving approach and detail oriented.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Fluent in both English & French.Good To HaveExperience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrationsExperience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus.Other languages such as French, German, are a plus.
