Dual Site Manager – Retail – Limerick Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Dual Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding convenience retail business in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused retail professional to take responsibility for overseeing the performance, standards, and operations of busy retail sites.Salary: €60k – €65kResponsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail sites, ensuring both stores run efficiently and profitablyLead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer serviceDrive sales performance, control costs, and monitor key performance indicatorsEnsure consistent implementation of company standards, procedures, and promotional activity across both storesAnalyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvementManage staffing, rostering, and recruitment in line with business needsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and employment legislationFoster a positive, team-focused working culture across both locationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, or Dual Site Manager within retail or convenienceStrong commercial awareness and ability to deliver resultsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyA hands-on, motivated, and flexible approach to workFull clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between sitesIf you are interested in this Dual Site Manager job opportunity, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
