Senior Site Manager

Site Manager Site Manager required for a local Mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work on a pharma project in East Cork which has just started. Our client is ideally looking for a Site Manager with pharma or industrial experience. Our client has an very good reputation and will be building several more large scale projects starting in the Cork region next year.Requirements:5+ years’ experience at Site ManagementLarge scale building project experienceProven track record of managing apartments projectsGood at leading a teamRole:Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractorsAssist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targetsEnsure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standardsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all timesWork closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the groundSalary:Basic salary circa €75k -€85k+Travel Allowance / Company VanBenefits packageIf you are a Site Manager considering a career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
