The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager – Front Office to join Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Act as the Resort's management representative during overnight hours, ensuring smooth Front Office operations and guest satisfaction Supervise and ensure adherence to all Front Office policies and procedures by overnight staff Record relevant details of any major incident and important information in the guest feedback report Handle overbooking situations, emergency guest visas, and maintain lobby cleanliness in coordination with relevant departments Support Team Leaders with tasks like group check-ins and registration card checks Document major incidents, review guest data input standards, and report issues to the Assistant Front Office Manager for continuous improvement About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Leadership experience of minimum two years in Front Office Department Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University.
