Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.About the RoleThe Duty Manager will work closely with other management personnel in Rooms Division in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.QualificationsThai Nationality with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisory position in Front Office/ Guest Relations , preferably in a luxury or international hotel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailGood problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
