About the RoleThe Regency Club Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's executive lounge, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive lounge.QualificationsThai Nationality with Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum 2 years' experience as Club Lounge Manager or Assistant Manager - Front Office in a hotel with good standards.Prior supervisory or leadership experience in guest services.A good working knowledge of English LanguagePleasant personality and good work attitudeAble to provide outstanding customer experience to the guestsAbility to communicate proactively with team members and guests
