Role Description The Duty Manager at Arnoma Grand Bangkok is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues that arise. This role includes managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesExperience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management roleAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in hotel management software and systemsFluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusRelevant educational background in Hospitality Management or related fieldFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
