The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to create unique and welcoming experiences for our guests. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency at the front desk. You will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests, enhancing their overall experience at our hotel.About YouPrevious experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Supervisory or Managerial role.Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
