Job Description

We are looking to hire a Manager – Business Transformation who will be responsible to drive and support change initiatives for our client in Dubai- which is one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable The role sits within the Strategy & Planning and reports directly to the Head of Transformation.This role requires strong experience in managing change from planning through to adoption, with hands-on delivery across people, process, technology, and data.Key responsibilities: Work with business teams to understand the case for change and assess business impacts.Carry out change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and data.Identify change management and business readiness requirements and KPIs.Develop the change management plan, including readiness actions, stakeholder engagement, and key milestones.Create a stakeholder management approach that supports buy-in and alignment.Build communication and engagement plans and ensure timely delivery of content.Lead and deliver all change and readiness activities, including assessments, materials, and engagement updates.Support leaders and teams in adopting new ways of working and ensuring sustainability of outcomes.Work closely with business functions to coordinate activities that enable smooth transitions.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure the business is set up for long-term adoption.Provide insights on organisation-wide change impacts, risks, and issues.Monitor change and readiness KPIs and recommend improvements to processes and tools.Support capability building in change management within the organisation.Knowledge, skills & experience:3–5 years of experience in business transformation and change management.Strong experience delivering large-scale transformation projects covering people, processes, technology, and data.Hands-on experience designing and deploying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI).Ability to analyse and interpret data to shape change plans and decisions.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Experience creating communication and engagement plans to drive adoption.Ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and influence decision-making.Proven ability to support teams through transition and embed new behaviours and ways of working.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
