Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and requires leadership as Chief of Department. The role involves overseeing departmental operations, developing and implementing strategic objectives, managing team performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. The Chief of Department will lead key initiatives, track progress, and collaborate across teams to drive organizational growth and maintain exceptional client service standards. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and performance evaluationKnowledge of business setup, company formation processes, and regulatory complianceExperience in accounting, tax consulting, and financial performance analysisAbility to foster team collaboration, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate across departmentsExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAdvanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership and management rolesKnowledge of the consulting industry and familiarity with investment advisory services is a plus
