Organic Agriculture Limited is looking for DVM / Animal Husbandry OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityPlan, organize, and monitor daily farm operations to achieve production targets.Maintain optimal environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply).Proper knowledge regarding cow diseases and prevention or treatment. Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatment histories, and disease outbreaksProvide regular health reports and assessments to the project manager and senior managementEnsure effective waste management and environmental control within the farm premises.Manage, train, and motivate farm workers. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Lead the team through the end-of-cycle process: litter removal, thorough cleaning and disinfection of sheds and equipment, and preparation for new flock intake, verifying efficacy through lab tests.Educational RequirementsDiploma in LivestockDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Poultry,Fisheries,Farming,Hatchery,Salt,Dairy,Agro based StartupAdditional RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding Additional RequirementsSkills: Strong understanding of animal nutrition and diet formulation.
