Client Success Manager/Ecommerce growth managerLocation: Banglore,Delhi-NCR [ Hybrid (Office-based once a week initially, withreduced frequency post-training)]Industry: E-commerce / Digital MarketingExperience Level: 10-12 yearsPosition OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ecommerce campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, with a strongunderstanding of listing optimization, digital marketing strategies, and clientmanagement. As the main point of contact for USA-based clients, the Client SuccessManager will ensure seamless communication, timely execution of campaigns, andthe optimization of client outcomes.Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the services and results delivered. Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and manage e-commerce campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, andother relevant platforms. Optimize product listings, ads, keywords, and campaigns to drive sales andperformance. Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, andoptimizations. Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand reports for clients. Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectivesand deliverables. Act as a bridge between clients and the internal operations/marketing team toexecute plans efficiently. Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage with agencies servicing USA clients in need of ecommerce management and optimization services. Look for potential opportunities within Amazon's internal teams or relatedroles to recruit skilled professionals.Skills & Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in client success, digital marketing, or e-commerce,ideally with a focus on Amazon, Walmart. Proven experience in managing e-commerce campaigns, particularly in listingoptimization and advertising. Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with USA-basedclients. Fluency in English is a must; both written and verbal communication must bestrong. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and a client-first attitude.
