Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional, based in Gwalior. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include managing client communications, ensuring excellent customer service, and training team members in sales techniques and strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and build lasting relationshipsExpertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, analyzing performance, and driving revenue growthExperience or ability to provide Training to team members in sales strategies and best practicesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage
