Retail Store Project Manager (Lower Parel) - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Manage the complete project lifecycle: design → BOQ → vendor selection →execution → handover. Coordinate with mall teams for approvals, statutory clearances, and fire safetycertifications. Track timelines, budgets, and quality parameters for all projects. Ensure smooth handover of fully operational stores within committed timelines andCAPEX limits. Vendor & Contractor Management Identify, evaluate, and empanel vendors and contractors across regions for joinery,civil, MEP, lighting, and signage. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost, quality, and deliverystandards. Benchmark pricing and materials to continually improve value and speed ofexecution. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage store-wise CAPEX budgets and value-engineer where necessary. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure timely billing and closure. Track project costs versus estimates and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Work closely with the COO, Retail Operations, and Brand teams to align on storepipeline and priorities. Serve as the single point of contact for all architectural and technical coordination.
