Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, achieving individual and team sales targets, and driving business growth by generating leads and building strong client relationships. The role includes conducting market analysis, creating a robust network with builders and channel partners, and ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of housing finance solutions. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, ability to achieve revenue targets and build market presenceExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster long-term client and partner relationshipsKnowledge of housing finance products, financial documentation, and loan evaluationsAdaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with solid problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunitiesRelevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services or the housing finance sectorBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
