Based in Lucknow, the Customer Relations Manager will oversee and strengthen relationships with clients, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing effective client communication strategies, resolving service-related issues, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and building long-term partnerships to drive business growth within the automobile sector.QualificationsCustomer relationship management, client engagement, and customer support skillsExperience in handling customer inquiries, resolving client issues, and maintaining client satisfactionKnowledge of the automobile industry and relevant applications of air compressorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational abilities and problem-solving expertiseProficiency in basic computer software tools such as MS OfficePrevious experience in a customer relations or account management role is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
