E-commerce and Marketplace Growth Specialist (Amazon and Shopify)

Hilipro is a global manufacturer and supplier of premium POS machine stands, providing businesses with innovative and high-quality mounting solutions. We are looking for a passionate E-commerce and Marketplace Growth Specialist to lead our Amazon Marketplace growth and manage our Shopify store.Responsibilities:* Manage and optimize Hilipro’s Amazon Seller and Shopify accounts including listings, SEO, PPC campaigns, pricing, and promotions.* Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, ranking, and conversion on Amazon through effective keyword research, content optimization, and campaign management.* Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics such as ACOS and ROAS, and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.* Maintain and continuously enhance our Shopify store by optimizing the product catalog, website SEO, user experience, and overall conversion funnel.* Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms to drive traffic and conversions.* Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, advertising metrics, and customer insights to inform decision-making and future campaigns.* Coordinate with the design and other services teams to ensure accurate listings, proper stock management, and smooth digital marketing activities.* Suggest and implement new tools, automations, and marketplace growth tactics to improve efficiency and results.Requirements:* Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace (Seller or Brand accounts).* Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and analytics.* Hands-on experience with Shopify management and optimization.* Basic knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing.* Analytical, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills.Bonus: Experience with A+ Content, Brand Registry, international marketplaces, and advanced PPC campaigns.📩 To apply, send your CV to dipesh@hilipro.com with the subject line E-commerce Specialist – Hilipro
