The role involves managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging digital content, coordinating HR and recruitment activities, and assisting students with documentation and SOP preparation.The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting Ignite Education’s services, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring effective internal and external communication.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms through engaging content, campaigns, and audience interaction.Develop and design marketing materials (posts, banners, flyers, and digital ads) to support recruitment and promotional activities.Write clear, professional, and personalized Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and other student-related documents.Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.Support marketing events and student outreach programs, both online and offline.Track and analyze marketing performance to improve engagement and lead conversion.Collaborate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.QualificationsStrong communication, content writing, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).Experience in HR coordination or recruitment preferred.Ability to draft and edit academic documents/SOPs professionally.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Background in education consultancy or international student services will be an advantage.
