Job Description

Role Purpose:To manage day-to-day execution of ecommerce activities across assigned online platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, campaign planning & analysis, smooth order fulfillment, and effective digital marketing support planning. The Ecommerce Executive helps drive online sales growth by maintaining the store’s marketing excellence and operational. Key Responsibilities: 1.Product & Content ManagementUpload and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, attributes) to all online platforms.Ensure product information is accurate and optimized for SEO.Coordinate product photography, creatives, and banner updates for business-as-usual (BAU) and campaigns.Regularly monitor and update promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales. 2.Order & Fulfillment Managementmonitor daily orders and ensure timely dispatch.Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment team or 3PL for order fulfillment accuracy within SLA timeframe.Track deliveries, handle cancellations, and assist with returns/refunds.Maintain stock updates to prevent underselling/overselling/over-stock up/out-of-stock issues. 3.Marketing & Campaign SupportAssist in executing online promotions, discounts, bundle offers, gift-with-purchase, etc.Support digital marketing efforts (Sponsored Solution, Google, Meta, TikTok ads, marketplaces).To manage CRM/EDM/email campaigns and customer engagement activities.Monitor social media content scheduling and influencer collaborations. 4.Customer Service SupportTimely handle all online platform customer inquiries.Resolve issues related to orders, products, and deliveries.Escalate complex issues to team manager. 5.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack daily sales progress, traffic, and customer feedback.Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.Monitor and analyze key metrics like traffic, visitor, click-through-rate, conversion rate, cart abandonment, best-selling SKUs and all key metrics performance.Key Skills & Experience Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, or similar online retail operations experience. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Third Party system, etc.).Basic in-platform and external platform digital marketing understanding (SEO, paid ads, social media).Medium-strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Good communication skills for coordination across teams.KPIs (Performance Indicators): Accuracy of product listings and promotions.Order fulfillment accuracy & timeliness.Sales growth contribution through campaigns.Reduction of customer complaints/issues.Quality and timeliness of reporting.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a global lifestyle tech brand.Dynamic and collaborative team culture.Career growth opportunities within marketing & brand management.Competitive salary and staff product perks.
