We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Manager Reports to: Head of Operations & Marketing ManagerPlatform: Shopify •Office: Bali & Jakarta (if required).SummaryPlanet Surf is one of Indonesia’s leading retail brands with 60+ stores nationwide. We’re now scaling our website into a major sales channel and looking for a hands-on, commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of online growth.Key Responsibilities• Manage daily website operations: product uploads, banners, collections, and campaigns.• Optimise conversion journey: bundles, upsells, vouchers, checkout flow, loyalty mechanics.• Execute on-page SEO best practices.• Coordinate with IT for Shopify UX/UI fixes and performance.• Work with Marketing on campaign direction and landing page optimisation.• Develop SOPs for orders, returns, and refunds.• Track and improve key metrics: sales, conversion rate, retention, repeat purchase.• Scout and onboard new partner brands.• Report performance and propose growth plans.KPIs• Monthly website revenue• Conversion rate improvement• Retention & repeat purchase• Partner brands onboardedRequirements• 3–5 years in e-commerce, ideally retail/fashion.• Strong Shopify and analytics experience.• Understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys.• Able to coordinate across Marketing, Ops, and IT.• Commercial and negotiation skills.• Independent, proactive, and growth-minded.Growth PathYou’ll start by leading our existing e-commerce team and will have the opportunity to extend and build it further as results grow.If you’re serious, please send a short paragraph to Planet Surf's Linked-In Inbox explaining your ambition in joining Planet Surf E-Commerce and why do you fit for our current e-commerce positioning.Applications will only be considered if you’ve sent that message.
