Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join us. You will work within our small remote team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, to deliver 360 Branding and Marketing with direct responsibility for Rampley & Co as well as other brands in our portfolio.If you have drive and ambition and enjoy breathing every aspect of a brand, getting stuck into asset creation as much as CRM analysis, this could be the all-rounder role for you. In this role, you will learn every aspect of running an e-commerce brand with high autonomy while being supported by a highly experienced team working across a portfolio of brands.This is a full-time remote role with the need to travel to central London occasionally for meetings or to support with photoshoots.Salary£38k-£42k + bonusRoles and Responsibilities:• Manage 360 content creation across our websites, newsletter campaigns, paid media, social media channels.• Develop and grow influencer relationships with gifting and partnerships.• Manage a full marketing calendar, clearly communicating key moments to the wider team.• Support wider company strategies with brand performance analysis, competitor reports and trend analysis.• Champion brand tone of voice and be the key point of contact in the wider team. A successful candidate will have/be:• 4 to 6 years of experience working within an e-commerce company.• A passion for brand marketing and best-in-class content.• A proactive attitude, able to work in a small team across a wide range of responsibilities.• Experience in social media management and an understanding of social media mechanisms and trends.• Experience creating email campaigns with platforms like Klaviyo, Omteria, Mailchimp, etc.• A flare for copywriting, carrying our brand tone of voice across different channels.• Reliable and organised.• An eye for detail - you’re methodical and precise and deliver to a consistently high standard.• Experience and basic understanding of working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Squarespace.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.• Experience in Adobe Suite isn’t essential but beneficial.
