Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support in the delivery of integrated campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to new business efforts that position Publicis Health UK at the epicentre of international health communications.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Brand DevelopmentPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and earned media channels. Responsible for executing smaller campaigns with limited senior support.Demonstrate curiosity and be aware of multiple brands’ marketing needs.Develop and maintain brand assets and messaging frameworks that reflect agency positioning and values.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities. Present these findings back at regular intervals.Business Development SupportCollaborate with agency teams on reactive new business opportunities through supporting with Requests for Information (RFIs), client research, proposal development, and pitch preparation.Collaborate with agency teams on pro-active new business through supporting the development of client and/or asset acquisition targets.Identify and nurture industry relationships to support growth.Track and report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and campaign return on investment (ROI).External Engagement & CommunicationsManage relationships with key trade media and industry bodies to secure coverage and thought leadership opportunities.Represent Publicis Health UK at relevant industry events, conferences, and forums.Build strong relationships with senior leadership across Publicis Health and its agencies, as well as with craft teams - Creative, Scientific Services, Strategy, and Production - essential to delivering projects successfully.Develop content strategies that amplify agency achievements, case studies, and leadership perspectives.Project & Financial ManagementOwn project timelines, resource allocation, and campaign delivery.Draft scopes of work, manage budgets, raise Purchase Orders, and maintain financial trackers.QualificationsAgency experience is essential; a background in healthcare or pharma is a plus.Currently working in a similar junior-midweight marketing / communications role and ready to step up - bringing energy, initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the growth of some of the most prestigious brands in healthcare communications.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your tone of voice to different brands and audiences.Proven track record of independently driving projects forward, coordinating multiple digital and print deliverables under tight deadlines.Confident communicator and relationship builder - you are comfortable tailoring your communication style, verbally and in writing, to suit both internal and external stakeholders.Comfortable absorbing and synthesising large volumes of information - you can draw connections and apply insights to day-to-day work.You are flexible and proactive - ready to contribute across a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationPublicis Health has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
