E-commerce Marketplace & Customer Service SpecialistJob Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific TimeSalary: $550 per monthJob Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Marketplace & Customer Service Specialist to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage returns and exchanges, upload and maintain product listings, and ensure accurate inventory tracking across e-commerce platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Shopify or similar marketplace environments.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.Process and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds through Shopify.Upload and update product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across online marketplaces.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order or fulfillment issues.Track customer feedback and help identify areas for improvement in service quality.Support order fulfillment processes and ensure timely communication with customers.Maintain consistent and accurate product information across all platforms.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or marketplace management.Strong written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with marketplace integrations or related tools.Experience using Google Workspace, help desk software, and inventory/order management tools.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Experience in apparel or consumer goods is an advantage.Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
