This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients’ stores across major e-commerce platforms.Job DescriptionsThe Store Operations Specialist will be responsible for:Managing store operations of the client's (brand's) platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli etc.Daily platform monitoring and maintaining stock availability.Maintain store merchandise & ensure excellent service.Ensuring the health of the brand's stores.Regularly exploring opportunities for brand growth.Executing live stream performance management & scheduling.Working closely with the Key Account Executive/ Key Account Manager and maintaining effective communication within the team.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in an e-commerce enabler company is a strong plus)Familiarity with platform policies and operations (especially TikTok, Shopee, and Tokopedia)Preferably holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or Statistics.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong grasp of store management principles and e-commerce operationsDetail-oriented with strong data analysis skillsAble to work quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
