Job Description

Kualifikasi:Pria Pendidikan minimal SMK atau D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitek Atau Jurusan Terkait. Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun dibidang estimator proyek kontruksi gedung/sipil/rumahMenguasai Software estimasi dan gambar (AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel dan Sejenisnya) Teliti, Disiplin dan Mampu bekerja dengan target waktu.Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.Tugas Utama Mencakup:Menghitung Volume Pekerjaan dan Kebutuhan Material Menyusun RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) ProyekMembuat Analisa harga satuan pekerjaan berdasarkan data lapangan Membuat Penawaran Harga Proyek Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis, drafter dan manajemen proyek.Poin plus kemampuan Drafter.
