The E-Commerce Operations Specialist will assist our E-Commerce Operations Team in managing inventory and operational tasks, including, but not limited to, inventory movement, cases with Amazon, and communication with the E-Commerce team and external partners.Primary ResponsibilitiesSeller Central:Create and track shipments.Troubleshoot carrier issues.Handle inventory reimbursement and removal orders.Monitor seller brand and account health.Conduct listing audits and investigate FBA issues.Enroll new products in Vine.Vendor Central:Create and track purchase orders.Manage vendor-initiated, ladder, and import orders.Handle PO invoicing and troubleshoot carrier issues.Dispute chargebacks, shortages, and price claims.Monitor vendor performance and coop cases.General:Oversee EDI processes.Ensure compliance with Amazon shipping protocols.Assist eCommerce team with Amazon cases and miscellaneous tasks.Manage shipments and operations across additional eCommerce platforms.Desired QualificationsAdvanced Excel skills.Expertise in Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.Detail oriented, ability to identify and correct errors.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-driven and results-oriented.Curious and collaborative.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
