Our team is committed to accuracy, compliance, and delivering the highest level of professionalism in every interaction.Employment DetailsType: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Location: Coral Springs, FL – Onsite Only Compensation: Salary $42,000–$45,000 (based on experience) Department: Compliance / Collections SupportAbout the Role – Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to support our collections, legal, and compliance operations. This role ensures that all documentation, workflows, and internal actions meet Triton Recovery’s standards for accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands compliance-driven environments, and can quickly identify errors, inconsistencies, or risk exposures across accounts, documents, and internal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview collection notes, account updates, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and complianceAudit CRM data entries to ensure collectors and staff follow established workflows and documentation standardsVerify supporting documents for completeness (bank statements, ACH forms, stipulations, UCC filings, client documentation, etc.)Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and documentation errors; report findings to Operations and LegalMonitor adherence to internal SOPs, regulatory expectations, and client requirementsAssist in improving quality metrics, internal checklists, and account-level documentation standardsProvide feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for improvementMaintain detailed QA reports and support operational audits or legal reviews when neededRequirementsExceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingPrior experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Collections, Underwriting, or Financial Services (preferred)Strong written communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and professionallyExperience working in a CRM environment (Simplicity, CollectMax, or similar preferred)Ability to interpret financial or account-related documentation accuratelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive informationSelf-motivated, organized, and reliableBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k)
