E-Commerce Sales Assistant

About the Company:Our client is a growing e-commerce business specializing in online retail and customer-focused service. They are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage day-to-day online sales and customer coordination. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone.Manage order processing, packaging, and coordinating deliveries / courier pickups.Update product listings, prices, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.Maintain accurate order records and assist with daily sales reporting.Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure on-time dispatch and tracking updates.Provide after-sales support and ensure positive customer experience. Candidate Profile:School leavers / Diploma holders / Undergraduates are welcome.Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce will be an advantage.Good communication skills in English (Sinhala or Tamil is an added plus).Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram, and basic computer applications.Friendly, reliable, organized, and willing to learn.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 📩 If you are interested, send your CV to: jobs@mindplus.global
