Familiar with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other Microsoft Office tools.2. Manage and monitor daily activities across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).3. Upload, update, and ensure product information (descriptions, prices, photos, stock) is accurate and aligned with company standards.4. Assist in recording and documenting orders from B2B corporate channels.5. Support administrative processes such as creating invoices, compiling order summaries, and organizing documents.6. Maintain and build good relationships with loyal customers.7. Assist in communication and coordination with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).8. Adapt quickly to new workflows and a dynamic work environment.Qualifications :1. Final-year university student or fresh graduate.2. Minimum education D3/S1, preferably majoring in Accounting, Marketing, or other fields related to the job responsibilities.
