e-Mobility Product & Services Specialist

Mellon Technologies , on behalf of a leading energy provider, is seeking an e-Mobility Product Services Specialist to join the team at their premises in Athens.The e-Mobility Product & Services Specialist will support the definition, development, and delivery of e-mobility products and services in PPC blue across all regions of operation.Working closely with cross-functional teams, the e-Mobility Product Specialist ensures that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications and that project milestones are met in line with quality, time, and scope objectives. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholdersPrepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support product developmentCoordinate and track project progress across all phases — ideation, development, testing, and go-liveCollaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and timely deliverySupport product testing, validation, and readiness activities before launchMonitor post-launch performance and contribute to continuous product improvement initiativesAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project coordination — ideally within the e-mobility, energy, or technology sectorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and documentation skills in English.
