You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists to deliver evidence‑informed, family‑centred supports that help children thrive.Your work will focus on partnering with families, building confidence and capability, and supporting children to participate meaningfully in the everyday environments that matter most to them.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver evidence‑informed supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goalsUse assessments, observations and child‑development expertise to tailor supports to each child and familyEmpower families and caregivers through coaching in everyday routines and environmentsFacilitate community inclusion by linking families with local supports, activities, and servicesMaintain accurate records of conversations, progress, goals and supports in the NDIA business systemSupport families to navigate NDIS access, planning, and implementation pathwaysWho We’re Looking ForTertiary qualification in Early Childhood or EducationStrong understanding of child development, including identification of delays or concernsExperience supporting children with developmental delay or disabilityKnowledge of the Early Childhood Approach, early childhood intervention best practice, and the NDISCollaborative, strengths‑based practitioner with excellent communication and relationship‑building skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to inclusive, family‑centred, culturally safe practiceWhat’s In It For YouAt Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
