Role OverviewThe E-commerce Catalog Executive is responsible for managing the complete product listing lifecycle across the website, ensuring that all products, images, descriptions, inventory data, and collection pages are accurate, updated, and visually appealing. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers have a smooth browsing and shopping experience.Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Content ManagementUpload and list new products on the website with complete details (images, descriptions, SKUs, attributes).Maintain and update the SKU Master Sheet and Inventory Sheet regularly.Ensure accurate product categorization, tags, and metadata for SEO.Shuffle and update the Look Book / Product Collection Sheet to keep collections fresh. Website Updates & MerchandisingUpdate pricing during sale periods, apply offers, and revise product visibility.Update website banners and home page creatives as per marketing campaigns.Coordinate with photographers for product shoots, reshoots, and image availability. Inventory MonitoringConduct monthly inventory checks in coordination with warehouse/stock teams.Maintain low stock alerts and communicate with the stock team for replenishment planning.Identify discrepancies between inventory sheet and live website listings. Quality ChecksReview and monitor product reviews, escalate concerns, and hide irrelevant/negative reviews following internal guidelines.Ensure product descriptions, images, and specs meet brand standards. Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with vendor partners to validate pricing, stock availability, or new arrivals.Coordinate with marketing and design teams for required website creatives.Required Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce backend system (preferred).Strong understanding of product listing, cataloging, and content accuracy.Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, filtering, formatting).Eye for detail with good written communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams (photographers, vendors, marketing).Time management and organizational skills.QualificationBachelor’s degree in any discipline.Diploma or certification in digital marketing/e-commerce is a plus.Skills: content management,seo for e-commerce,artificial intelligence,ecommerce listing,catalog management,e-commerce
