eCommerce Manager (Beauty & Personal Care)

Argyll Scott is partnering with a leading international personal care company to recruit an experienced Ecommerce Manager. This position will drive online revenue growth and strengthen commercial performance across Lazada and Shopee. Key Responsibilities:Define and implement growth strategies for Lazada and Shopee aligned with brand priorities.Set clear commercial targets and KPIs to drive platform performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to unlock long-term opportunities.Pilot and scale innovative commercial and marketing solutions.Own and manage platform P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue and profit growth.Optimize assortment, pricing, media investment, and promotional efficiency through analytics.Manage ecommerce platform calendars aligned with brand and retail marketing activities.Oversee stock availability, demand planning, and operational excellence with Supply Chain teams.Lead and manage agency partners to deliver day-to-day execution and business acceleration.Monitor business performance and drive continuous optimization for scale and efficiency. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms, ideally Lazada and Shopee.Strong analytical capability with proven commercial and P&L understanding.Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.Good English communicationExperience in beauty, skincare or FMCG industry is viewed as an advantage.THAI NATIONALITY ONLY.
