Ecommerce Manager

Connexus Recruit are excited to be partnering with a well-known Irish retail brand based in Cork as they look to hire an eCommerce Manager.This role will take ownership of the business’s online retail channels, ensuring the website is performing effectively, visually engaging, and delivering commercial results. You’ll run the online store day-to-day, optimise the customer journey, and lead digital content and promotional activity across email, social media, and other touchpoints.Key Areas of ResponsibilityOversee the full online sales operation from strategy to executionLeverage Shopify (or similar) to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenueMaintain the website with up-to-date listings, engaging content, and smooth functionalityCreate high-quality visual assets to support online campaigns and brand messagingPlan and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns to retain and convert customersDevelop and schedule social posts that increase brand reach and drive site visitsCoordinate and art direct photoshoots and video production throughout the yearWhat You’ll Need2+ years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing rolePrevious experience working with an eCommerce CMS — Shopify a bonusConfident working with creative, technical, and analytical stakeholdersStrong visual and content creation skills, with an eye for brand consistencyData-focused mindset, comfortable analysing performance and spotting trendsExcellent multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentDegree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or similar
