eCommerce Telesales Representative

📋 Overall Description: Lenovo’s eCommerce division is looking for a TeleSales Representative to join our Call Center team based in Núñez. We offer competitive benefits and comprehensive company-sponsored training to support your success.🚀 Key roles and responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries via calls regarding equipment purchases.Prepare and deliver customized quotes.Drive closure of sales opportunities with end customers.Track orders and activities using CRM tools (MS Dynamics).Apply consultative sales techniques to support customer decision-making.✅ Skills:We are seeking candidates with previous sales experience and a strong commercial profile, preferably within the technology sector, who possess excellent communication and persuasive selling skills, are skilled in negotiation and creative problem-solving, and can effectively apply Lenovo’s sales processes, tools, and techniques.Knowledge of hardware technology, Genesys, SAP, and MS Dynamics is a plus.Intermediate level of English is mandatory. Availability to work in a hybrid model, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Occasional weekend shifts (less than 5%) based on business needs.📍This position is located at Av.
