Overview: A As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our onboarding operations, working to ensure the setup of our services creates a secure and reliable connection to our digital infrastructure. You will coordinate, configure, and identify validate the installation in the setting up of our services with both internal and external stakeholders. Position: Onboarding Specialist ILocation: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. All candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance to Robinson, PA. No relocation is offered.
Travel: None. This position is onsite, in-office. Hours: This position requires a rotating shift to support a 24/7/365 operation. Job Type: Full-timeEssential Job Function And ResponsibilitiesConfigure and set up a variety of cameras, speakers, strobes, and other equipment. Investigate and troubleshoot networking, security equipment, and operating system errors. Coordinate with Sales, Channel Partners, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with customers to ensure that the setup meets customer expectations. Prepare and maintain detailed reports, documentation, and notation of actions performed. Collaborate to Identify opportunities to enhance processes. Contributes to the development of playbooks, procedures, training, and documentation.
