Editor Lead - Content Creation Factory

Role Overview:We’re looking for a senior Content Lead with a strong editorial background to define, drive, and elevate our content strategy across platforms. This role requires someone who not only creates outstanding content, but also sets the editorial vision, oversees quality, and ensures consistency across all touchpoints. You will guide the tone, clarity, and narrative of the brand while leading content planning and collaborating closely with a cross-functional team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the editorial and content strategy across digital channels, ensuring all content reflects a cohesive voice, high editorial standards, and supports business goalsOversee content production end-to-end: from ideation and editorial planning to editing, publishing, and quality controlManage and maintain content calendars, aligning them with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and community needsEdit and refine content produced by creators, writers, and collaborators, ensuring accuracy, clarity, tone alignment, and narrative strengthExperiment with innovative content formats — long-form articles, video scripts, interviews, short-form social content, newsletters, podcasts — elevating both creativity and editorial rigorGuide community-driven content initiatives, ensuring feedback, sentiment, and audience insights help shape storytelling and brand positioningEnsure editorial governance and compliance, maintaining credibility and consistency across all communications.
