This role is responsible for consulting with parents and students who are interested in studying at Van Houston Academy, guiding them through the admissions and study abroad process, and supporting related marketing, office, and event activities.This position requires excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic dreams abroad.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Consultation (40%)Advise and support Vietnamese parents and students interested in enrolling at Van Houston Academy.Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess students’ academic background and recommend suitable study pathways.Guide families through the admissions process, including school applications, documentation, visa preparation, and interview readiness.Follow up and nurture leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.Sales & Outreach (40%)Achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to organize seminars, info sessions, and promotional events for prospective students and parents.Represent the school professionally at fairs, exhibitions, and partnership meetings.Office Administration, Partnership & Event Management (20%)Coordinate logistics and communication for education events and student recruitment activities.Liaise with the Houston team to ensure smooth information flow and reporting.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field.Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; confident in engaging with parents and students.3–4 years of experience in education consultancy, admissions, or study abroad counseling is a plus.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with a high level of responsibility.Passionate about education and helping students succeed internationally.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a U.S.-accredited international school with a proven track record of academic excellence.Be part of a growing global education team with cross-border collaboration between Vietnam and the U.S.Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Meaningful, mission-driven work that transforms students’ futures.
