Role DescriptionJob Details• To teach the early childhood programs (Both core and supporting programs)• To assist in planning the term structures and syllabus• To keep up-to-date records of all classes and material• To attend staff meetings, parent’s appointments, trainings, workshops and planning of events and class excursions and meetings as and when necessary• To work and teach as a member of a team• To maintain open communications with parents• To help develop new programs where required• Complete other related work according to school requirementsCore Skills• Relates to and engages young learners and caregivers in a positive and fun learning environment• Committed to delivering high quality lessons• Flexible to change and able to manage multiple priorities• Works well independently and in a team• Has high personal integrity and credibility• Possesses a positive attitude• Engages in self-reflection and seek self-improvement• Professionalism in oral and written communications• Resourceful, with creative problem - solving skillsIII. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (BA in ECE Education is an advantage)• English teaching certificates• Pedagogical certificate• C1 Certificate with SA or non-native teachers• Minimum 1 year teaching experience working with children 6 years and under• Strong command of spoken and written English• Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, and good intonation• Creativity and excitement to bring a unique personality to the preschool classroom including talents in music, art, and performing arts is an advantage• Able to work in a diverse team of both foreign and local cast members.IV.
