Excellence Training Centre is a leading provider of comprehensive training solutions, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations.The ideal candidate should be an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencer's and key decision-makers within accounts.Responsibilities:Engage & Connect: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers through outbound cold calls, creating an inviting atmosphere to introduce our products/services.Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings, tailoring the message to resonate with the individual needs of each prospect.Lead Management: Maintain and update a dynamic database of leads, leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups efficiently.Sales Target Achievement: Set ambitious goals and consistently strive to exceed monthly sales targets, utilizing a proactive approach to identify new opportunities.Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and addressing any concerns or inquiries with empathy and expertise.Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies for lead generation and conversion.Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.Performance Reporting: Utilize data analytics to prepare insightful sales reports and share feedback with management for continuous improvement.Requirements:Must have experience in selling services; product selling experience will not be considered.Experience in selling life insurance or courses selling is highly valued.Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and connect with customers.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets independently.Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.Familiarity with the market and consumer behavior in Qatar.High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.Willingness to learn and adjust to new sales techniques.Contract Duration:5 years, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreementCompensation:Base Salary: QAR 2,000 (with the possibility of an increase up to QAR 5,000 within a couple of months, subject to performance)Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months)Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month. Top Salespeople: QR 15,000 to QR 20,000 per month (With Commissions)Timings & Days:9 hours a day / 6 days a weekBenefits:Performance-Based Bonus: Additional monthly bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000Post-paid Phone Connection: Unlimited calls and SMSAnnual Paid Vacation: 21 daysJob Location:Doha, Qatar
