Role Description The Educational Sales Consultant - Crete is a full-time, on-site role based in Iráklion. The role involves promoting MM Publications' educational products and services within the assigned region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting presentations, providing consultative support to schools and educators, and driving sales strategies to meet business objectives. The consultant acts as a crucial link between the company and its partners, ensuring high-quality customer service and excellent representation of the brand. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Sales and Consultative Selling techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Knowledge and passion for Education and ELT-related materials, with the ability to provide consultation to educators.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently.Proficiency in English and familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).Previous experience in the education sector or sales is preferred.Valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
