Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.Location: BuzauReq ID: 27833Job ResponsibilitiesSupports local Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.Monitors, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.Coordinates the activities of professional staff from HSE sector and is accountable for the performance of the teamConducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies and implement appropriate control measures; implementing proactive safety processesLiaising with Engineering and Operations teams to assess safety impact and integrate preventative measures for health and safety into project planningOrganizing training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety and environmental practices and legislation; Coordinate the control of all workplaces in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses; Validating the budgeting of protective equipment, work equipment, hygienic-sanitary materials based on the internal regulations and the collective labour agreementJob RequirementsHigh-education backgroundMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in EHSFluent in English.Microsoft office ability ERP software knowledge (SAP preferred) Written and oral communication skills; Time management skillsNegotiation skillsConflict management abilitiesLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
