Will drive the engineering masterplan for electrical systems and controls and automation aligned with the Unilever design teams.Main ResponsibilitiesLeads design and delivery of electrical, controls and automation projects in GA B&W, especially the large scale transformation projects, and ensures company standards are followed. On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects adhering to Unilever standards and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority.Provides technical expertise on electrical and control systems: SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, variable speed control, servo-motion control, etc.Provides technical expertise in software modification and optimizing programming.Participates in establishing BU-wide best practices and standards for electrical engineering and controls and automation.Co-work with BU engineers such as packing, process, utility engineers on the equipment electrical and control system design and delivery.Co-work with BG Engineering, site digital team and company IT team to build up the factory IOT network and digital system masterplan plan. Candidate CriteriaExperience & QualificationBS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree5 + years of Project Engineering in FMCG Project Management experience with electrical / controls and automation systems SkillProcess and packaging electrical hardware knowledgeSoftware / PLC programming expert knowledgeOT network expert knowledgeExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced team-oriented environmentProficiency in MS Office – Excel / Power Point and Word Working knowledge on Engineering software - AutoCAD, Solid works, MS Project Note: Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from all walks of life!
