You are dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team, demonstrating enthusiasm and high motivation to develop fast and picking up new skills and talents go.What you will need to do:Follow Health & Safety regulations in accordance with the company’s policies and standardsCoordinate activities with production, maintenance and quality control departments to improve the production process.Perform and Oversee Corrective and Preventative Maintenance activities on all Electrical equipmentParticipate, Monitor and Control the Progress of Maintenance WorksUpgrade, Maintain & Provide Technical Support for existing Electrical Control SystemsDiagnose breakdown problems and provide assistance to Electrical Maintenance and Automation personnel with troubleshooting in order to minimize downtimeOversee project scheduling and maintenance planning and provide technical supervision for electrical upgrade and expansion projects.Create or Modify Electrical Equipment Maintenance Plans and ManualsYour Profile:Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Member of Technical Chamber of Greece).2+ years prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment will be considered an assetHealth & Safety CultureExcellent command of MS Office ApplicationsFamiliarity with automation software and hardware will be considered an asset.Good understanding of Electrical Design and Drawings (knowledge of CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or EPLAN will be considered an asset)What will lead you to success:Excellent communication skills (Greek & English)Great interpersonal skills with Team Working SpiritDecision-making, problem solving and resourceful thinking skills, with attention to detailStrong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizeWhat we will offer to you:A workplace with a strong focus on values of teamwork, integrity, and ownershipDynamic and friendly working environmentCompetitive remuneration and benefits packageContinuous training and career development opportunitiesPrivate medical & health insurance planFood vouchersMental health and nutrition support lineWhat you will need to do next:Joining the Sidenor Group family is easy!
