Job Description

Purpose:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance, with a strong background in the real estate or consultancy office. As the Electrical Team Leader, you will manage and guide a team of electrical engineers and technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of electrical work while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.Job Responsibilities:Review and validate electrical design plans, detailed drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for all electrical components of the project.Oversee the preparation and compilation of electrical tender documents, including reviewing drawings, performing calculations, drafting BOQs, and ensuring technical specifications are aligned with project requirements.Provide electrical engineering designs as needed and assess any design-related challenges, offering alternative solutions when required.Identify and address design issues or discrepancies, collaborating with the team to propose cost-effective and efficient alternatives.Monitor the status of interface agreements across the project and provide regular updates to the development team to ensure smooth project execution.Assist in the review and finalization of the overall project schedule, ensuring that progress is regularly tracked and any delays or concerns are promptly addressed.Ensure that the electrical systems are implemented in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in a consultancy office with a design background.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and project management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
