Specification Manager ( Badr City)

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, engineers, and project owners.Promote and specify the company’s construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, flooring, repair systems, adhesives, sealants, admixtures) in project documents.Ensure company products are approved and listed in project specifications and tender documents.Provide technical presentations, product training, and support to clients and project teams.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target key projects.Track ongoing and upcoming projects using CRM or project databases.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.Prepare regular reports on specifications, approvals, and project status.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering (or related field).Minimum 5 years of experience in construction chemicals or building materials.Proven track record in project specification, business development, or technical sales.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong technical understanding of construction systems and materials.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
