Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into user requirements, data engineering, data science, or software engineering experience. Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred. Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with software products. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle. Experience in Agile methodologies. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in speaking with senior leaders. Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically . Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them. Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace.
