With a leadership team that has successfully scaled multiple businesses in this high-growth sector, the company is now entering its next phase of expansion — delivering complex, large-scale electrical projects for some of the biggest names in the data centre industry.This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Project Manager looking to play a key role in the delivery of high-value projects and to grow into a future leadership position within a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation.The RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and completion of electrical installation projects — ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate project teams, and oversee site activities across continental Europe.Key Responsibilities:Manage the delivery of electrical installation projects from concept to completion.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and H&S regulations.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to company growth.About YouWe’re looking for a driven, organised, and technically capable Project Manager who’s ready to take on major data centre projects — and grow with a company that values initiative and leadership potential.Requirements:Proven experience managing electrical installation projects (ideally in data centres or similar sectors).Strong understanding of electrical systems, LV/MV distribution, and installation methodologies.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects across different European locations.Commercial awareness with strong financial management capability.Willingness to travel throughout Europe as required.Desirable:Degree or “Experience” qualified in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience working for an M&E or electrical contracting business.Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical environments (e.g. data centres, pharma, industrial).What’s on OfferCompetitive salary €100k ++ and performance-based bonus and incentives.Clear career progression path with genuine leadership opportunities.Opportunity to work on major, high-profile European projects.Supportive and experienced leadership team committed to your development.Collaborative company culture where ambition and innovation are rewarded.How to ApplyIf you’re a proactive, results-driven Electrical Project Manager with ambitions to step up and make a real impact in the data centre sector, we’d love to hear from you.
