The role involves designing and delivering training programs focused on building engineering and related sales strategies. Key tasks include creating educational materials, conducting training sessions, analyzing sales performance data, mentoring teams in technical and sales skills, and collaborating with engineering and sales departments to ensure alignment between product capabilities and client needs.QualificationsExceptional Communication and Analytical Skills, with the ability to convey detailed technical information effectively.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluating training strategies.Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles.Ability to integrate engineering knowledge into practical sales approaches and technical training.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Experience in sales training within a technical or engineering-focused organization is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
