Electrician - Residential

We are a well-established and respected Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company that takes pride in everything we do.What We OfferCompetitive compensation packages (base pay, commissions/spiffs, etc.) - TOP PAY FOR TOP TALENT!Opportunities for professional development and advancement within our Team401k retirement plan with Employer MatchCompany Profit SharingMedical, Dental, & Vision PlansPaid vacation and holidaysCompany issued phone, uniforms & vehiclesWhat You'll DoInstalls, maintains, and repairs residential circuits, panels, circuit breakers, fixtures, lighting, outlets, service entrances, and wiring problems.Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits and electrical wires accurately.Apply knowledge of electrical codes and practical theory in determining causes of malfunctions and apply skills in restoring safe and stable operation.Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck.Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).What You'll BringAt least 5+ years of HVAC residential electrical service experience, required.Have significant experience troubleshooting in a residential environment.Well versed in installation and service for residential properties.Have a thorough knowledge of electrical components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.Be familiar with a wide range of electrical troubleshooting techniques.Highly safety conscious and knowledge of safe work practices on ladders and scaffoldingObtain the necessary tools needed for electrical work.Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.We are accepting applications by replying to this job posting.
